EULA - End User License Agreement

G-Recorder Pro for Skype End User License Agreement

This EULA is a legal agreement between You and IM-History Team pertaining to Your use of this Product. Please read carefully and ensure that you agree with the terms herein. If You do not agree, do not install the Product.
As used in this Agreement, the capitalized term "Product" means G-Recorder Pro for Skype.

Ownership
The Product and any accompanying documentation are owned by IM-History Team and ownership of the Product shall at all times remain with IM-History Team. Copies are provided to you only to allow you to exercise your rights under this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you do not receive any rights to any patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks or other intellectual property rights relating to or in the Product or any accompanying documentation. All rights not expressly described are reserved by IM-History Team. The license is not transferable. You may not on-sell the product. You may not reverse engineer the product in any way.

Licenses
There two Licenses available:

1. Trial License:
The Trial License allows You to use the Product on a single PC at no charge. This usage is limited to 14 days. You may not extend the 14 days by any means, unless expressly permitted in writing by IM-History Team.

2. Flat Fee License for one Skype ID:
This License allows You to use the full Product functionality on a single Skype ID for life. This license is portable with the Skype ID. You can also login with the Skype ID on different PC to use this license.

Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance as provided herein and payment of the applicable license fees (if any), and will remain in force until terminated. The licenses granted in this Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any of its terms or conditions or any of the terms or conditions of any other agreement between you and IM-History Team.

Disclaimer of Warranty
All materials contained herein are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. G-Recorder Pro disclaims all warranties of any kind including all warranties and conditions of merchantability whether express implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non infringement. Any use of G-Recorder Pro is at Your own discretion and risk and You are solely responsible for any damage to Your computer system, including but not limited to loss of data.
